This Seth Thomas was repainted by someone so I just cleaned up the case. Movement was cleaned and oiled with a new suspension spring put in place. Counts the hour with a bell on the half hour. You may have to reset and adjust the timing on this or any spring clock. They are all cleaned and polished without using polyurethane. Check out my other items! I have for sale an absolutely beautiful antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. The piece features a faux marble & column design on each side. It something like a celluloid material. The feet are painted gilt wood, as are the top and bottom of the columns. There’s a hairline on the right side on the bottom-right corner in the decorated celluloid.
