Dial shows paint loss and continuing flaking. Hands may be replaced. The outer bezel needs to be reinforced in a couple of spots photo 24 you can see the deteriorated tie between 2 sections. I had to replace 2 movement screws that weren’t gripping, I replaced one of the screws that holds the bezel to the back of the case and at least one more needs replacing.
