A Seth Thomas Model 102 from the 1880s in a stunning faux burl wood adamantine finish with a deep, rich luster. The finish came to us in good condition and we have used our neutral cleaner and applied a coat of hard wax and done minor cleaning to the copper accents. The movement is of the period but does not appear to be the original movement housed in the case (based on mounting holes inside the case). Nice working example of this Seth Thomas Clock. Seth Thomas “SOLAR”, made in Thomaston. 8 Day Chime Clock. Comes with it’s pendulum and Winding Key. Measures 10 1/2 Inches High, 9 Inches Wide. Clock has been oiled, and is running properly and chiming correctly.

Sound Opening on Bottom. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. A nice looking patinaed brass lacquer look case on this clock. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period. Has no markings on the back of the case. An uncommon feature with this clock is the sound venting on the bottom of the case. This is antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. Well maintained and serviced. All figures are working (silent-chime mode). The clock features a mechanical movement and a Westminster chime sequence plays the classic Westminster tune. It has been preserved as an original antique. High 13″ width 10″ depth 7. The clock chimes on the quarter hour and strikes on the hours. The oak case is in good condition with age wear and few scuffs in front. A few spots on dial. Other than that there’s no any issues with the clock. Please exam pictures as part of the description. You will get exactly what you see.
