Clock actually runs, i’m just not sure if it runs correctly. Pendulum swing stops eventually and not sure how to make the time right. But it does run and keeps a steady tick at the right angle when it’s properly positioned. Missing the suspension spring and leader, that’s why the pendulum stops swinging on it’s own.

It’s ticking (maybe just a little fast) with a light push to the pendulum and the bell dings too. No wind up key included.
