Antique Seth Thomas Metronome de Maelzel – wood – Works! For sale is this antique metronome my seth thomas. The bottom has the name and date or the previous owner (Lillian Kendrick, Sept 25 1917 – Montevallo Alabama). I believe it is missing the cap (top of pyramid). There’s chipping on the front cover. The back foot came off (see last pic). I have tested this piece and it clicks for about 15 minutes straight. Don’t miss out!!

Round Seth Thomas #1 Extra Regulator Terry Movement Marked “X”. This is the same movement and mark as what is in my ST#1 Extra in my collection. This is the 12 sided topped clock from the catalog. There is a seconds bit that should attach to the end of the escape wheel pivot. It would have a 9lb 13oz cast iron weight. One thing to note is the knurled beat adjustment knob on the left has been replaced. See all pictures and ask questions to ensure satisfaction. Weighs approximately 12 pounds. A little of original label on back indicates patent in 1880. Does come with original key.

This antique pendulum wall clock with a unique second hand is in very good condition and working. It has some ware from age and use but a minimal amount for being over 100 years old. The Seth Thomas movement is marked with an 80. After research, I think that this clock was made in the late 1800’s though I don’t see any markings on the back indicating the year it was made. A small Seth Thomas 8 day clock with columns at front, the clock chimes on the 1/2 hr, and hour. In good working condition. May be slightly fast or slow. I haven’t checked for accuracy yet. Case and glass appear to be original. I haven’t even looked at the moment at this time. If requested, I will do so, then add the photos to the listing.

It may need a tune up. I’s a little slow on time. Might just need a shot of wd-40 in the mechanism. Case is nice and key and pendulum as seen. 11.5 x 9.
