This is a lovely small crystal regulator with an extended 15 day movement. It strikes hours and half hours on a cathedral gong. The movement has all cut steel pinions with heavy plates and is marked with the name of its designer, R. Kaiser, an engineer at Seth Thomas and is unique and highly collectable. The case retains its original gold plating in very good condition and the glass panels are intact. The clock measures 8 1/2 H x 5 1/4 W x 4 1/2 D, with a 3 inch porcelain dial. Here is beautiful 1905 to 1909 Seth Thomas (Stratford) beehive mantle clock. It has a like new porcelain dial with beveled convex glass. It stikes on the hour and half hour. The cabinets in beautiful condition. The movement was completely disassembled, cleaned with all components inspected. Several bushings were replaced where required. It’s been running in test for several months and ready to go.
