This clock is in decent cosmetic condition for its age. There is a piece of veneer on the back left side that is peeling up (see last HD picture). The clock keeps good time and chimes at the half hour and hour. The movement has been disassembled, had bushings installed, cleaned, reassembled, and properly oiled. It runs for the full 8 days. The clock is 10 wide, 9 and a half inches tall, and 5 and a half inches deep. Please inspect all the HD pictures closely. Antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock 89C. Comes with reproduced key. Clock winds up and seems to work. Gongs every so often. Has one pillar missing and some damage to veneer on casing of clock. Hand is missing / broken off. Round metal clock door casing seems loose. The glass is intact. Discoloration on clock face. Please see all photos.

Case finish worn with some rubs dings and scratches. Flaking and wear to the painted dial. Looks like the backboard has been replaced for some reason. Please view all 24 photos for measurements and condition. This is a video of the clock ticking for a few minutes and striking. The strike is off sequence. It also only strikes the hours, not the half’s. The video is not a guarantee the clock will come out of the box working.

Here is a pretty clean Seth Thomas calendar clock, the suspension rod is off as you can see in one of the pictures, and I think where it attaches at the top needs replaced on the rod itself that little flimsy piece of metal! The case and everything else is very nice, some loss on one of the moldings on the top on the side as shown in the pictures. So at the moment because of the spring I have not tested the clock.
