America and contains 11 jewels. Comes complete with the original winding key and pendulum, found sealed in a protective bag. The original instructions label is still affixed on the base. The clock runs when wound and the minute hand can be adjusted. However, timekeeping accuracy and chime operation are untested and not guaranteed due to age.
