This is a Seth Thomas Eclipse wood wind up wall clock. The number on inside edge of the door is marked No. There is a broken corner of the glass (see picture) this clock also has a bell, the bell winds but does not have a stop and it just runs out as soon as you stop winding it and the striker does not hit the bell. The hands on the clock are secure they do not fall when they reach 12:00. There is no damage to the wood case. The clock comes with the key. This is an excellent example of a Brass 8 day Seth Thomas Gingerbread style mantle clock. All original stickers intact and nice. Original Stencil on the glass in good condition. A few finish imperfections, and a splinter missing that is not noticeable without serious inspection, but 10 times better then most. It appears to have had a coat of varnish added, or maybe original. I got good pics of wear and the missing tiny splinter, which again is very hard to spot as its only an edge corner, heck it could have happened taking it out of the box new. Up for sale is this beautiful antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock. It has a dark, shiny Faux wood grain finish, from a distance it looks almost a solid dark brown or black.
