In Thomaston, Connecticut during the very early 1900’s. This clock is in a red woodgrain style Adamantine finish which may have been designed to simulate rosewood. The brass bezel and dial assembly is in remarkable shape for its age. The dial is the old celluloid style and still in very nice shape for over a hundred years old. Seth Thomas Clock Bronze Look Case Jeweler Metal Face Runs and Strikes. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! The clock has a great metal case that then was finished with some sort of finish to give it a bronze look. Have not seen one with the finish looking as good as this clock’s case for quite a while. 15.5 gilt bronze Seth Thomas Art Nouveau Clock – Runs. Fresh from a clock collector’s estate sale this clock looks great. It has a woman’s head right under the porcelain dial (nice dial). The photo of the movement is without the pendulum in place. Clock was not over wound on either side when I got it from the estate. I really don’t know much about the clock, check out all the photos.
