Up for sale is a very decent but not the fanciest Seth Adamantine in very good condition and runs and chimes as it should and a pretty strong runner. The original dial was very brown and flaking so thats a proper timesavers paper. Everything else seems original except pendulum. Seth Thomas clocks were crafted in nearby Thomaston Ct and are along with Ansonia most sought and collectable. Case sits flat and square. 100% genuine, is fully functional, works great and chimes perfectly. I’ve had it running for about 4 days and it is keeping impeccable time and is chiming perfectly. Very beautiful clock that has been well cared for and maintained over time. Features a 5 hammer chime movement made in West Germany. Measures approx 14 1/2 inches in total height, 10 1/2 inches from side to side and 7 inches from front to back. The clock has no cracks or broken pieces. Very minor wear on the wooden carriage/case. This is a very handsome Seth Thomas figural clock with their version of the round French style movment. I tried to show it off in the pictures for I’m proud of the outcome. I also always liked the condition of the enamel dial and the great thick glass bezel, original pendulum, low wear movement, and overall a very handsome clock.
