Inherited from my Father in 1996. This clock had been in my family for as long as I can remember. My father collected clocks and also could fix most any clock. In Thomaston, Connecticut during the very early 1900’s. This clock is in a red woodgrain style Adamantine finish which may have been designed to simulate rosewood. Seth Thomas Clock Bronze Look Case Jeweler Metal Face Runs and Strikes. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! The clock has a great metal case that then was finished with some sort of finish to give it a bronze look. Have not seen one with the finish looking as good as this clock’s case for quite a while. 15.5 gilt bronze Seth Thomas Art Nouveau Clock – Runs. Fresh from a clock collector’s estate sale this clock looks great. It has a woman’s head right under the porcelain dial (nice dial). The photo of the movement is without the pendulum in place. Clock was not over wound on either side when I got it from the estate. I really don’t know much about the clock, check out all the photos.
