Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock 1904 Serviced and Running. This is a nice condition “Adamantine” finish 8 day time and strike mantle clock made by the Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut 118 years ago. This clock has the heavier deluxe solid cast brass bezel and beveled glass dial assembly. These old heavier solid brass bezels are somewhat rare and hard to find. The heavy beveled glass is original, so may some light scratches on it. Offered is a 1920s Seth Thomas key-wound beehive mantle clock having an 89AL 8-day movement. The clock chimes the hour and once on the half hour. It measures 10 ½ high x 8 ¼ wide x 5 ¼ deep and sits on 4 brass feet. ST and 89AL are marked on the movement. 1920A is stamped on the underside of the base. A two-sided winding key is included.
