For sale is an authentic Seth Thomas mantel clock from the early 1900 – 1920. This clock is in fully working condition, keeping accurate time and chiming properly on the hour and half-hour. It’s a beautifully preserved example of American craftsmanship, made entirely of wood, metal, and glass with no plastic or modern replacements. ? Features. Brand: Seth Thomas. Origin: Made in the USA (movement marked “Made in ST USA”). Chimes: Strikes on the hour and half-hour (no melody). Mechanism: Mechanical wind-up (key-wound). Materials: Solid wood case, metal movement, lead weight. Dial & Glass: Original curved dial and curved glass bezel.

THE CLOCK HAS ITS ORIGINAL FINISH AND PATINA. THE STAMPED AND SILVERED FACE IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION WITH ONLY SOME VERY MINOR SCRATCHNG AROUND THE WINDING PORTS. THE CLOCK HAS A SILVERED GUIDE RING (NOT PLASTIC) AND IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION AS WELL. A WINDING KEY WILL BE INCLUDED.
