This is a very nice Seth Thomas #5 Double-Dial perpetual calendar clock. The clock runs great and the calendar functions good. I have owned this clock for about 18 years. The walnut case is in very nice condition! As seen in the photos, there are paint-chips on both dials due to the age. The glass appears to be original since you can see the flaws in the glass. Up for sale is this Rare Antique Seth Thomas Brass & Copper Ships Clock Style Mantle Clock with a 6 Dial. This model is often seen with a ships bell movement, this has a pendulum movement striking on a coil. Both mainsprings are good, otherwise untested. Case shows quite a bit of soiling and oxidation. One footing is loose. Works and keeps good time. Rosewood veneer finish is a little delaminated near the lower dial.
