I have had this clock for many years and it has always ran strong. I have never done a timing test. It has a great sound. The face has a chip around the keyhole as shown, also the case has a few small chips also shown. Neither of these takes away from this great clock. I will package it to the best of my ability. Up for sale is this Rare Antique Seth Thomas Brass & Copper Ships Clock Style Mantle Clock with a 6 Dial. This model is often seen with a ships bell movement, this has a pendulum movement striking on a coil. Both mainsprings are good, otherwise untested. Case shows quite a bit of soiling and oxidation. One footing is loose. Works and keeps good time. Rosewood veneer finish is a little delaminated near the lower dial. Brass and paper dial over an eight day spring driven signed and dated original brass movement, hands, and alarm.
