Movement is a Seth Thomas 8-day time and strike movement with a bell chime which strikes on the half hour and a deep gong which strikes the hour. Springs appear to have good power and visually appear to be in good condition. Also has a fine time adjustment arbor on the front, below the center shaft. Movement runs and chimes. Antique Seth Thomas Wooden Celluloid Adamantine Wood Grain Mantel Clock. Keeps time (a little slow I do not have a key to adjust the speed) and does Chime on the hour and half hour.
