Antique Seth Thomas Pendulum Wall Clock

This clock is in beautiful condition as far as appearance goes but seems to be “over wound” and is not running. The glass bezel is missing since it was owned by my blind great-uncle & aunt and they needed to be able to feel the hands. Please see the photos for other details and message me with any questions.
