Antique Seth Thomas Mantel Clock “Rebecca at the Well” c1870 Painted Spelter. Beautiful clock with bronze looking patina but its painted that way. One of the palm tree fronds broke off in the back and the porcelain dial is chipped around the key holes which is normal especially at the age of this clock. I did wind a couple of turns and turned nice and smooth but thats as far as testing as I went. When the hour strikes the bell does ring. Measures 16H x 17W x 6.5D. Absolutely beautiful antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. It has faux marble columns and comes with the pendalum and key. The clock chimes once every hour with a separate one-chime on the half-hour. One of the back columns is broken and is loose. I tried to capture that in the photo, but it is hard to tell from the photo. I would recommend getting it professionally cleaned. It works well as is.
