The Seth number 2 was an accurate time keeper and the railroad used them in their system showing the correct time to the many travelers passing through the train stations. This clock was bought by a rich man in the Emile Jacot jewelry in Quebec city Quebec, Canada on october 6 1913 and there is the jeweler signature on back of clock. All 3 hands hour minutes and second are original. The clock measures 40 inches tall, the top part with mechanism measures 13 inches large x 13 inches high, the lowest part with the pendulom measures 11 inches large x 16 inches long and the whole clock measures 5 inches thick, the 2 locks for the top and bottom part are present and do work.
