It is also referred to as “ball top”. The Eclipse model was also made as a shelf clock which is more common. It strikes at the top of the hour with the correct number of hours and once at the bottom of the hour. It runs very well. The key is included but is not original. This clock also features the early alarm system. It measures 26 1/2″ tall x 14 1/2″ wide x 4 1/2 deep. The condition is overall very good including the original Eclipse pendulum and super nice gold tablet on the glass door. The paper clock face is in good condition with slight wear. The wood panel that frames the dial has been replaced. It is not seen with the door closed. There is a partial worn label inside. See my other listings. For more great items!
