Crafted with a beautiful brass casing, this clock is a must-have for any collector or enthusiast. The clock is casing only and glass in perfect condition and will make a great addition to any space.

SIZE IS 3 1/4 DEEP X 7 DIAMETER INCHES. 15 DAY CLOCK, DOUBLE ARBOR WIND WITH KEY. SEE THE MOVEMENT WITH THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT STILL ATTACHED TO CASE AND HOLE FOR WIRE. IN THE BACK OF HE CASE. THIS INDICATES THIS WAS THE MASTER CLOCK, AND IN THE ENGINE ROOM OR DECK HOUSE AND SIGNALED. OTHER CLOCKS FOR THE BELLS. IN VERY GOOD WORKING CONDITION. I HAVE NOT TIMED IT BUT IS AT LEAST 15 DAYS AND MAYBE 30 DAYS. IN VERY GOOD CONDITION CASE WISE. INCLUDING ANSONIA, KROEBER, WATERBURY AND SOUTHERN CALENDAR.

This is a classic maritime-style brass and wood timepiece made in Thomaston, Connecticut by the Seth Thomas Division of General Time Corporation. Wood base with engraved plaque (“With Sincere Appreciation – Navy League of the United States”). Working German movement by Hermle. (keeps accurate time and strikes accurately on the hour and half hour). Clean dial with both 12- and 24-hour markings. Original model label intact on back plate. Great condition – minor signs of age but no damage.

Clockwork runs smoothly, keeps exact time. Face shows honest time wear and bakelite case is solid, no chips, cracks, one early repair on top mounting hole. Top area surface is slightly coarse from heat? Has one blemish on top, not directly visible(pics #20,21,22). Difficult to show all details, glare, etc and satisfaction guaranteed or return it. This has a solid brass inner trim ring that hide the face screws/edge. It adds the beauty to the brass face ring. Which a lot of others do not have. This has a screw on face bezel. Not a hinged door. This was restored in the 90’s. Comes with mounting board. Not currently mount to it. This will be well packaged.
