Antique Seth Thomas Crystal Regulator Clock. Striking When Manually Set, Not Running. Beautiful Gold Gilt Case. Would make a great gift for a special occasion or keep for yourself! It has a worn interior label on the inside of the clock and a set up label on the back of the clock.

The “Adamantine” finish, which is a patented laminate finish from the late 1800’s, is in good shape for its age. This great looking clock was made by the Seth Thomas Clock Co. USA in the very early 1900’s, right around 1908.

Beautiful Seth Thomas mantle clock from the early 20th century. This clock has its dual sided key, which in its self is rare. It also has its pendulum showcasing the boy on the swing. Any and all rust and corrosion has been removed.

Aside from that, the clock is in good shape. It has a few dings around the edges. The face appears dusty but it isn’t. But all in all, it is a fabulous clock and will make a great addition to your collection.

It counts out each hour, i. 1 gong at 1:00, 2 gongs at 2:00, etc. On an antique cathedral style gong and announces each half hour with a single toll. It is nearly impossible to find one in “mint” condition.

The clock has been running since we acquired it. The clock’s hands all move as they should including the seconds hand. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period.

Sound Opening on Bottom. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. A nice looking patinaed brass lacquer look case on this clock. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period. Has no markings on the back of the case. An uncommon feature with this clock is the sound venting on the bottom of the case. An uncommon, but ingenious feature to allow the strike of the clock to be heard over a larger area. The bezel (door) is attached to the rest of the case. Flat glass in the bezel is intact.
