A turn of the century Seth Thomas French Figural Clock. Slate case with Spelter figural mounts. It has and 8-day brass movement, with bell strikes on the hour and half hour. Nice porcelain dial is in very good condition with only a scratch at the key hole. Heavy bevel glass door also in very good condition with no cracks and chips. The figural statue is in very good shape with no cracks or no missing parts. Very small crack on the right front bottom foot of the clock. Come with a pendulum “bob” and key. WONDERFUL SETH THOMAS SONS & COMPANY GILT FIGURAL MANTEL CLOCK CIRCA 1872. Measures approximately 15 ½ high by 17 ½ wide by 5 ½ deep. Clock has been serviced and is running fine. It is running fast but can be adjusted by moving the pendulum balance either up or down. There are two keys for the large wind-ups in the clock face but needs a very tiny key for the wind-up in the top rim of the clock face.
