We do not know if it keeps perfect time, as it is untested. Wear and any other aberrations consistent with age and use. Please see all photos as they are part of the description. Not Working, I can hear the motor running, but it is not keeping time. I made sure the reset bar was in place. The wood case has some paint specks on it from over the years. Scuffs/scratches on the wood case, please see all photos. Front glass is not damaged, just some paint specks.
