Rare vintage Seth Thomas’Rodson’ model electric mantle/wall clock with walnut wood case, iconic bezel and reverse wall-hanging hook. This clock was made with the clean and simple lines of classic Art Deco styling in mind, and still maintains its original brown silk-wrapped cord and original label on the reverse. This is a rare vintage Seth Thomas Art Deco Blue Mirrored 8 day clock in good working condition. The overall dimensions are 5.75″ by 4.75″ and is about 2.5 deep. The gold numerals are very nice and there is some silver flaking on the inside edge of the face as shown in the photographs. I believe the clock was made with gold-plated numerals and silver-plated interior facing but I couldn’t find andy marking to verify that. It is in excellent running condition and the mirrored front enclosure is also very good with some mirror backing loss on the upper right corner as shown in the photographs.
