SONORA CHIME CLOCK No. 8 DAY, 5 BELL T&S. Everything looks to be original, Very nice clock for over 100 years old. Clock has been running for 2 weeks (rewound after 7 days). Sonora chime works, chimes every 15 minutes, but out of sync. Dial is better than most I’ve seen, Beveled glass is excellent. Bezel closes and clasps shut. Seth Thomas 5 Bell Sonora Chime clock, 1915. Mahogany case is 14 inches high, 10 inches wide, and 7 1/2 inches deep. Clean with no damage, complete and all original. 6 inch silver dial, signed, only slightly dirty, minimal wear which is very unusual for silver dials. Chime movement is No. 90B, time movement is 89 O. Runs and strikes the 4 resonated bells in the base. Up for sale is an Antique Seth Thomas Sonora Chime Double Movement Cathedral Clock. This one features a double movement system with quarter hour chimes. A note inside indicated that it was last serviced in October of 2018. When tested, all springs wound and the clock ran and chimed.
