The clock was serviced in 1984, 1986, 1991.

Speaking of the alarm – it’s NOT working. I believe it’s striped now so I stopped as soon as it started to slip and didn’t do any other testing. This is a Rare Antique 1909 SETH THOMAS’Long Alarm’ Victorian Wind-Up Alarm Clock.

Seth thomas Alarm clock from Germany vintage in case. This vintage Seth thomas clock would make a great addition to any collection. This clock folds into a small carrying case. It came from my grandmothers house. Please check photos carefully.

Rare antique 1850’S Seth Thomas 5 bells chime tall case grandfather clock. The 5 bells movement with marked chimes on the quarter hour and strikes on the hours. High 82″, width 19″, depth 11. The top door of cherry case is a small repaired (#18,19), otherwise is in good condition with age wear. See all photos for details. The cherry case, pendulum and weights are unoriginal parts. VINTAGE SETH THOMAS MANTEL CLOCK USA MAHOGANY WOOD. MADE IN THE USA. 8 1/4″ tall, 17 3/4″ wide, and 5 deep. Condition: Cosmetically in excellent condition. The electric motor is in good working condition and the gears turn. The clock minute and hour hand don’t advance even though the motor is functional and other gears turn. The chime & striker hammer inside works fine and chimes on the 1/2 and hour if you advance the minute hand manually. Comes with the chime tool to wind chime spring.
