1863 Seth Thomas wood mantle clock & parts has a great reverse painted glass door. Clock is NOT in working order but comes with and it’s original key. Clock face has some flaking and it’s missing it’s knob on the cabinet door. Otherwise great looking clock I’m sure someone could get looking like new again. Measures approx 16 1/2 X 11 1/2. Actually belonged to a very well known Rhode Island mobster who passed away. This is a gorgeous antique Seth Thomas clock from the late 1800’s. The clock is working/running and the bell/gong are fully functional. I ran the clock for about two days and it is losing about 10 minutes every 24 hours. May need a few adjustments. Body made in the late 1800’s. Looks to be made of walnut… Please see pictures and use your best judgement. FANTASTIC DESIGN THAT IS HARD TO FIND. 11 1/2″ wide, 19 1/2″ tall, and 5 deep. The wood body and glass is in great shape with no cracks or chips. The face has a couple age spots that are hard to see with the door closed.
