Antique Seth Thomas Lynton-1E Tambour. Electric Striking Mantle Clock. Is keeping time and will strike/chime on the hour and half hour. The case is mahogany with an inlay strip in front. The wood case is clean and in nice condition. A few scrapes here and there as to be expected, but no cracks that I can see. According to the stamp on the bottom (5108), this clock was made in August 1951. The interior mechanism has a stamp of 5106 which translates to June 1951. Time Only w/ a Seconds Hand/Face. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. Just a beautiful brass case on this clock. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period. Has “K478″ impressed on the back of the case. Maritime Commission in 1936. The bezel is securely attached to the rest of the case. Flat glass in the bezel is intact. Antique Seth Thomas 8 day mantel clock, circa 1890s. Victorian and Grecian styling with Corinthian columns along the front and ormolu mounts. Topped with an Art Deco stag finial and marbled accents. Antique Seth Thomas Chime Mantle Clock. For Parts, Might be Working. The cabinet is in good shape. Just nice age and patina. The interior of the Cabinet is clean. One of the screws that holds the movement in is stripped. There is no pendulum and I can see that the hammer for the chime has been bent around. I don’t know if it needs anything else.
