Antique Seth Thomas “Beehive” 8 Day Time & Strike Mantle Clock Runs and Gongs. View My Other Items For Sale. This nice old clock was made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company in Thomaston, Conn. USA during the 1920’s. This model features a signed Seth Thomas #120 keywind, pendulum movement that is in good running condition, keeping time and gonging properly. It counts each hour on a quality flat steel gong and announces each half hour with a single toll. It is very easy to re-install. Simply place the threaded post through the hole in the bottom of the clock, line the gong up under the hammer and screw on the nut and washer underneath. It has the nice old signed Seth Thomas silvered dial that is in good aged condition, showing normal signs of age and wear. The case is also very nice looking. It measures 7 ¼” wide x 1o” high x 5 deep so is the perfect size for a bookcase, small shelf, desk, etc. This clock comes complete with the original key and pendulum. This helps ensure that the new owner will have a satisfying experience. Be very sure to save all packaging material if there is a problem. All sales are final, so please be sure that you will be happy by reviewing the pictures and descriptions that we provide. We honestly want you to be happy. It is nearly impossible to find one in “mint” condition. If a clock has damage from misuse, it will be noted.
