ANTIQUE SETH THOMAS 6 COLUMN ADAMANTINE MANTEL CLOCK. Used and in Good Condition. There are no Chips or Nicks in the Front, and Side Finishes and Clock has been Running at our Home for over 30 years. Clock Bongs the Time on the Hour and Chimes One Time on the Half Hour. Patent Date September 7th, 1880, Has Lion Heads on both Sides Has 6 Columns on Front, 4 are Celluloid Columns and 2 are a Figure on a Pedestal Columns. Clock is a Brownish Adamantine which is a very Hard Laminated Unbreakable Finish from the 1800’s. Clock is Very Accurate and can be Adjusted to go Faster or Slower Will Run about 8 Days on a Winding. Clock has to be Level to Work Properly Both Front to Back and Side to Side. Inside the Clock are numbers 296-C-M-P. The Movement is 89C and Key is 75-281. This Clock Belonged to Our Grandparents. Now that we are Both in our 80’s it is time to let someone else enjoy this clock as much as we have. Clock Measures 17 Inches Wide, 11 Inches High and 7 Inches Deep.
