Antique 1890s Marble Adamantine Seth Thomas Parlor / Mantle Clock – VIDEO – RUNS. Movement – 8 Day – Time & Strike – Marked Seth Thomas – Gong sounds fantastic, a cleaning would do this movement wonders. Dial – Original -Marked Seth Thomas. Operating condition – I have many clocks to test and limited time to do so – Tested – This Clock runs fine but after about 10 – 15 minutes it stops, tried several times and my guess it needs an oiling or cleaning or both by looking at the movement as its a bit dirty and probably has never been done in the last 120+ years. Please understand i do not know the service history of this clock, and it MAY need service in the future for long term optimal operation. Features – 11″ tall X 19″ Wide – High Quality example.
