The are slight wear areas in wood base edges, rear top corner on one side and separation at bottom wood front (see pictures). We are not expert in antique clocks and would suggest a clean and oil as well as inspection by a professional antique clock maker jeweler restorer. The glass and all parts are present and in amazing condition.
