Seth Thomas Peanut Office Calendar #3 Clock, 1870’s Rare

Seth Thomas office calendar #3 wall clock, better known as the “Peanut” calendar clock. The case is rosewood veneer, in good condition with a few small areas of loss, and measures 23″ L x 10 1/2 ” W. Probably made before 1875 since the label shows the place of manufacture as Plymouth Hollow, CT before its name was changed to Thomaston in 1875 to honor the clock maker, Seth Thomas.
