Rare early Seth Thomas regulator with seconds hand. Running and keeping excellent time. The Seth number 2 was an accurate time keeper and the railroad used them in their system showing the correct time to the many travelers passing through the train stations. Original glass [dial glass is wavy and has a couple of cool bubbles]. Dial was redone at some point, as well as some bushings.
