Case has wear and a few small pieces of veneer missing but not bad at all for its age and is very solid. Label is all but completely gone but I think the style of label puts it around early 1850’s. This Seth Thomas was repainted by someone so I just cleaned up the case. Movement was cleaned and oiled with a new suspension spring put in place. Counts the hour with a bell on the half hour. You may have to reset and adjust the timing on this or any spring clock. They are all cleaned and polished without using polyurethane. Check out my other items!
