Deck clock in good condition. My dad believed this was off the USS Flasher. Upon removing the movement, the serial number is off by 1 digit from the one written on the tag. The number could have been misread, and this is the clock from the crew’s quarters but there is no way to be sure. My Dad passed last year and no doubt new of the discrepancy on the inventory tag and believed this to be off that sub. Either way it’s a beautiful piece of history.

Black bakelite case with a natural metal color face, serial number 31856, case measures 7.5 inches in diameter x 2.75 inches deep. It weighs: 3 lbs 1.3 oz. Untested with no key. Came from a local estate. DOES NOT have the key. 6″ wide at the widest point and almost 4″ deep. Face is silver colored but I think the black paint is gone as there is a little bit of it near the 1 and 2. Normal usage wear, some light paint chips here and there, glass is a little dirty.

This is a nice World War II era bakelite boat clock. I have not tried to wind it, but it appears to be in good condition. Someone at some point in its life spray-painted it. Other than that, it appears to be in good shape. Take a look at all the photos to see general condition and dimensions.
