Dating to the late early 20th century this adamantine cased clock has two holes on the ivorine face, one for winding the clock mechanism and one for the chimes. Very Nice Antique Seth Thomas 8-Day Chime Adamantine Mantel Clock Circa 1904 Working Well. This is a very nice antique Seth Thomas 8-day chime Adamantine mantel clock. It features a black onyx finish with lovely embossed scrollwork, six full capped columns, lion’s head handles and ornate brass feet. It has beautiful green marbleized Adamantine colors. It measures 18″ wide including the feet, 7″ deep and 11 1/4 tall. It runs well and chimes at the top of the hour with the correct number of hours and once at the bottom of the hour. Antique Seth Thomas Plymouth 8 Day Mantel Shelf Clock Working. This is a really nice scarce antique Seth Thomas Plymouth 8-Day mantel clock dating from the 1940’s. It strikes with a two- tone chime once at the quarter hour, twice at the half hour, three times at the 3/4 hour and counts the hours with a single chime at the top of the hour.
