The brass movement is engraved Made in Germany for Seth Thomas Clocks Thomaston Connecticut; the same 6110 is engraved there as well. The back of this timepiece has labels marked with dates of service conducted, presumably by a clockmaker/clock repairperson, beginning in 1965. 52 AMERICAN WALNUT – 1932. Offered today is this beautiful, one of a kind Seth Thomas Chime No. 52 produced in the year of 1932. This clock has man made character marks that show in the pictures but worth mentioning. Top of the clock has a sun bleach spot that can only be seen when on top but not from the sides. The dial has some wear that someone along the 90 plus years tried to rub spots out and the chapter ring shows fading from about the 6 to 10.
