Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day Time and Strike Banjo Clock 1920’s. This beautiful clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the 1920’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #120J time and strike, keywind, pendulum driven movement. We wound it up and tested it for a few days. It may stop and need to be re started or it may continue to run fine. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish. VINTAGE SETH THOMAS U. NAVY SHIPS CLOCK NO. 25544-E, WWII NICE TIME PIECE.. From a collector estate is this very nice US Navy Ships Clock. I wound it up and it starts right up, I have not checked it for accuracy. The glass is original, the cork seal is all good. Just an amazing piece for any collector! My research says that there is a serial # on the movement that can be sent in to check it’s origin etc. I have not done that but it would be a great project to find out! Antique Seth Thomas Clock 8 Day, Time Only Unique Art Nouveau Styling. For the collector: This is a rare to find Seth Thomas Model that features an 8 day, time only, signed Seth Thomas regulator style movement, string inlay, porcelain dial with original unique hands, heavy brass bezel and beveled edge glass crystal. Overall the clock is in very good condition for a hundred years old. The movement has been ultrasonically cleaned and is running great. The porcelain dial has a couple of light hairlines around the 2 o’clock area, but very nice looking, and there are a few veneer chip repairs that are unnoticeable.
