This clock is a cathedral style with Sonora 4 bells chimes. It is a larger clock 11.5×7.5×14. The finish is the patented celluloid in a red tone with graining on 3 sides and top. The finish is still beautiful and over 100 years old. It plays the famous Sonora 4 bell Westminster chimes on the quarter, half, 3/4 and full hour. The clock face is 5″ diameter the silver finish is average, the brass bezel is 5.5″ and the beveled glass is 5.5 in not scratched. The clock keeps good time and strong tic toc. The Vintage Seth Thomas Helmsman-B E537-009 Maritime Clock is a brass timepiece with a maritime design, originally manufactured in the United States by Seth Thomas.

Here is a recent estate find. The Dial is a Silver Metal Dial with Arabic Numerals, Signed “Seth Thomas”. This has a Brass Porthole Case with Screw Off Bezel, in Good Condition. This is a Wind-Up Clock. There are 2 Winding Arbors on the Dial, and Includes a Winding Key. The Clock Itself Measures approx. 5 1/4″ in Diameter x 3″, with a 4 Dial. The Clock is Working Condition and Ticks and Strikes Correctly. This is Very Rare!!! Don’t Pass this one up! Check out my other Rare Clocks!

The M14 suggests it was made May of 1914. Also etched in back is “Swinomish” which was a Snag Hook steamer in the West Coast in the same exact time period.

Here is a very good egyptian revival clock circa 1890 from mitchell & vance ny. This clock is probably spelter case, incredible details as you can see very well done and high quality, the movement needs work, the clock will run only maybe 20-30 seconds, there is a pendulum but no key, when trying to wind it does not there both tight, we didnt try cleaning or doing anything like that.
