Up for sale is this Rare Antique Seth Thomas Brass & Copper Ships Clock Style Mantle Clock with a 6 Dial. This model is often seen with a ships bell movement, this has a pendulum movement striking on a coil. Both mainsprings are good, otherwise untested. Case shows quite a bit of soiling and oxidation. This beautiful Country Mission Style clock are in very good original condition for its age, except one small piece of glass panel have a crack, you can see on the photo but still hold it in place will not falling apart, couple nicks here and there nothing serious and the the clock runs strong and keep good time also straight in hour. Here we have a nice Seth Thomas Double Dial Calendar Clock, with 8 Day Movement. I believe it the parlor style? The case is homemade, but looks to be well built out of solid wood. I think the clock and calendar movements are original… But Im not 100% sure. It currently keeps good time and runs smooth with a nice even tic (or beat) on a level surface. Comes with a new key and pendulum. It also features a nice bell chime that counts every hour. The calendar movement will need adjusting.
