Sound Opening on Bottom. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. A nice looking patinaed brass lacquer look case on this clock. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period. Has no markings on the back of the case. An uncommon feature with this clock is the sound venting on the bottom of the case. When I bought it and transported it it ran for a little bit but died out. Has some wear from age and use. Please see all pictures for condition.

This item is untested. When I was taking pictures it did make a chime sound.

Clock is running, keeping time and counting the watch hours as it should. Very nice clock with a small piece of veneer loss on back. Winding Key is included.

Needs a good cleaning. A key is included but not sure if original to this clock. It does wind but DOES NOT work. Hopefully an easy fix for the clock expert. When moving the manual Bell Strike leveler it does ring but I think it needs a tune up. The nut holding bell in place is not original. What you see is what you get.

This pair is from a yacht that was refurbished. They have been stored in a drawer for over 20 years without the battery. The clock started right up as soon as I put a new AA battery in. I saw a bit of movement in the needle of the barometer when I turned the silver knob, but I can’t guarantee it works. The front of the set is in excellent condition. There is a bit of wear on the backside from being mounted to the yacht’s cabin for several years prior to me acquiring them.
