Helmsman Brass & Wood Base: E537-007. Brass 24HR Clock with Chime: 1004-001. I dont have the key so I cant test the clock, the Barometer has moved in the past days so I think that is working. The Barometer was a little loose on the base, there are only 2 screws that hold it and the clock to the base. The clock features a beautiful 6 bottom bell and is a rare find for collectors of maritime antiques. The clock’s origin is from the United States and is an original, antique piece. It is in good/okay vintage condition with normal wear from use. It does have some finish wear and discoloration/tarnishing from age. There is also a ding/bend (see pic) on the outer ring. It is marked SETH THOMAS and GERMAN MOVT inside. Also marked on back CORSAIR E537-000 and SETH THOMAS, DIV. OF GENERAL TIME CORP. Comes with original key and original SETH THOMAS wood clock stand (can still see part of the sticker). Stand has some scuffs, wear, etc. This clock weighs almost 4 lbs with stand. The Clock Has a’Silver Over Brass’ Metal Dial with Roman Numerals and Seconds Sweep Sub Dial, Signed’Seth Thomas Made in USA’. This is a Key Wind Clock. There are 2 Winding Arbors on the Dial, and it Includes a Winding Key. 11″ x 6 1/4″ x 3 1/2. The Clock is in Good Working Condition, but Has Not Been Serviced.
