Up for sale is an Antique Key Wind Seth Thomas Sonora Chime Mahogany Mantle Shelf Clock. The clock is in great original condition. The dial has some marks on it as pictured, but overall the clock is in very nice condition for its age. The clock is running but could use a servicing to run properly. Clock is in good shape overall with a few signs of wear on the case, but no major damage. Has the pendulum weight but does not have a key, so I’m unable to wind it to test. Internal parts appear to be in good shape with no damage or signs of wear. Measures 11″ x 5″ x 9. There are some dates in pencil that I’m assuming are dates the clock was serviced, but I cannot say for sure if that’s what they mean. Brass and paper dial over an eight day spring driven signed and dated original brass movement, hands, and alarm. 1920s Antique Seth Thomas Mantel Clock Working. Displays and keeps accurate time. The clock measures 6 wide, 9.5 tall and 5.5deep. The case is in very good condition with very few marks(see top). No repairs or breaks. The 3.5dial, 4 bezel and beveled glass are all in great shape. The 8 day brass movement is clean and keeps accurate time. However, the movement does not strike each hour correctly. The movement correctly strikes once on every half hour but only strikes once at the top of every hour.
