This Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle clock dates to 1913 and was called Dana. The original #89 movement has been completely serviced and is in working condition. Movement taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, repairs made as needed, new springs installed, lubricated and tested. Clock gongs once on the half hour and gongs the hour on the hour. Antique Seth Thomas Sonora No. 5 Chiming Shelf or Mantel Clock, Adamantine finish with 90D movement. Excellent condition, keeps good time, chimes properly, but needs work. Case in fantastic original condition, with no cracks, splits etc. Very minor wear with age. The original convex crystal is in perfect condition with good hinges and latch. The dial is showing some wear and discoloration. Needs a few repairs/adjustments. The hourly strike mechanism is not working. The spring is broken or detached. Seth Thomas Antique Steeple Shelf / Mantle Clock Key Pendulum. The case is Mahogany wood that was restored some time ago. This is a eight day clock with a Bim Bam strike sound. It has the original pendulum and comes with a key. The bezel is an original but looks like it was repainted.
