An old Seth Thomas calendar clock. The movement has been oiled and is in good running condition. I don’t think the case has been stripped, but it looks like someone clean, revived the finish sometime ago. The dial paint has some cracking, scratches, marks, etc. There is missing paint by the 25 and 30. There is some glazing missing around the inside of the bezel. The hinge has been soldered and has a little play in it. The bezel and calendar hand has been painted gold. Measures 23 3/4” tall and 16” wide. A key is included. This is a Seth Thomas Pendulum “School Room” Oak Clock. The Oak wood on this clock is as nice as it gets. No marks no scratches or dents. Clock glass is perfect and opens and closes easy with sturdy hinges. Dial is in OK condition and would look better with a little cleaning I did not want to try. Winds and runs good. Has most of the label on the back. Measures 18″ x 12″. I have a master key for winding clocks but this clock does not come with a key.
