This Seth Thomas School House / Office clock dates to 1920. This clock was made in the United States of America. Movement has been completely overhauled and is in working condition. Movement taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, repairs made as needed, new springs installed, lubricated and tested. Includes key and pendulum. Cabinet is oak and has been refinished. Alligatored lacquered finish is uneven in a few areas but adds to authentic appearance. Original painted brass face with some minor paint failure adding to the charm. This 8-day clock has been with us for a number of years in working conditionit chimes on the hour. We recommend a cleaning, oiling, adjustment to ensure proper functioning long term.
