This is a very handsome Seth Thomas figural clock with their version of the round French style movment. I tried to show it off in the pictures for I’m proud of the outcome. I also always liked the condition of the enamel dial and the great thick glass bezel, original pendulum, low wear movement, and overall a very handsome clock. This antique patent September 7, 1880 Seth Thomas Adamantine mantle clock is in excellent smoke free running condition. It does have a tiny part of the top of the front right leg missing (really don’t notice it). It is a 4 column faux green marble with the key, pendulum and paper label on the back. It runs eight days like it should and is in good condition; some of the decorative trim is missing in front and a little on 1 side (see enlarged photos of) and there are a few scratches which is to be expected for its age.
