Giant 6 Foot Antique Mahogany Seth Thomas Regulator Wall Clock for resto

Sorry for the crummy pics, I could barely move the thing. I was told this came out of a bank in Freehold, NJ. Even though its missing the crown, its still 70 tall as it stands. Other than the crown, it looks pretty complete, but I cant be sure because I never had anything like this. No weight looks to be present. The finish is alligatored, and the paint is peeling on the dial. I have no way of knowing whether it works. I do have two keys, one for winding and one for the door.
