Antique Seth Thomas Beehive Wood Mantle Clock W/ Key & Chime FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. Can be used for parts or repair. Wood is peeling in sections (see pictures). Clock is about 13″ high and 10″ wide. Im unable to test it, have no keys to wind it. The clock mechanism is in the body. I dont know a lot about these but I was told it was a regulator 2. Beautiful Non-Working Seth Thomas No. 124 with Westminster chime and silent feature. Clock was running good then it stopped. I tried to wind it, but the spring would never wind. You could hear a clicking noise like it was trying to wind, until then the clock ran fine. This could be a easy fix by replacing or repairing the barrel spring on the time side, but then that’s above my pay grade. I refinished the case to bring out the beautiful grain and polished the bezel, the convex glass and dial and case are in very good to excellent condition in my opinion.
