Since it is a used item, it is in good condition overall, although there are some damages and stains. The case is solid mahogany with nice decorative studs. The original logo is still nicely visible on the dial. I bought this watch at an antique store over 25 years ago and enjoyed it hanging on the wall without moving it. Very rare Emergency Fleet Corporation clock in all original condition. Runs and keeps very accurate time. Key is not original. Screwing the face back on can be a little tricky sometimes to find the threads. I find that snapping it on first then turning it works best.
